- Tariff Policy
Our pricing is based on current market conditions. Fixed rates are applicable for city limits and select drop locations.
Trustwaydrivers reserves the right to revise tariffs during peak and non-peak hours. Customers are advised to confirm the applicable fare before booking. - Driver Conduct & Safety
- Do not encourage drivers to overspeed or engage in rash driving.
- Maintain a strictly professional relationship with the driver at all times.
- Personal Belongings
- Do not allow drivers to use your personal items such as mobile phones, chargers, wallets, perfumes, pen drives, etc.
- Do not leave cash or valuables unattended in the vehicle or with the driver.
- Payments & Disputes
- For any payment-related concerns, please contact our office directly before discussing with the driver.
- In case of any issue or misconduct, avoid arguments with the driver and immediately inform our support team.
- Liability Disclaimer
Trustwaydrivers and its drivers are not liable for any loss, damage, theft, or accidents occurring during the service. All services are provided at the customer’s own risk. - Accidents & Insurance Support
In the event of an accident caused by the driver or any unforeseen circumstances, we will assist you in processing insurance claims by providing necessary driver documents and coordinating with the insurance agent. - Trip Confirmation
Before starting the trip, confirm the payment method, trip type (local/outstation), and any applicable additional charges. - Driver Communication
Customers are advised not to contact drivers directly outside the official booking process. Doing so is at your own risk, and Trustwaydrivers will not be responsible for any resulting issues. - Usage Restrictions
- Drivers should only be assigned driving-related duties.
- Do not involve drivers in personal errands, financial transactions, or non-driving activities.
- Any issues arising from such activities will not be the responsibility of Trustwaydrivers.
- Driving Practice
- Customers are not permitted to test drive during an active booking.
- For driving lessons, please contact Trustwaydrivers separately for our driving training services.
- Our drivers may guide you with driving techniques for learning purposes if requested.
